Steven E. Kittinger

With a passion for education and five years of teaching experience, I am an American educator, 38 years
old. I have taught in diverse settings, from the Army in California, USA, to classrooms in Beijing, China, and online platforms.
My teaching journey began with three years of service in the Army in California, where I honed my teaching
skills and had the privilege of educating our nation’s defenders. Following this, I ventured to Beijing,
China, for a year, where I shared my knowledge and immersed myself in a new culture.
Embracing the digital era, I transitioned to online teaching, spending two years with Hou Hai English,
where I mentored Chinese students. Additionally, I taught Polish adults and college students online,
guiding them toward success in the IELTS test.

Outside the realm of education, I’m an active individual who spends most of my free time playing golf.
This sport provides me with both strategic challenges and moments of tranquility on the greens.
My global journey has taken me from the United States to China and now to the Philippines. I cherish the
diverse experiences and cultural connections I’ve gained along the way.

As an educator, my mission is to instill a love for learning and personal growth in my students, regardless
of their location. I’m excited to continue this educational journey, making a positive impact wherever I go.
